Here is a list of our most commonly asked questions. 

 Q: I ordered multiple products and only received one so far, where are the others?

A: For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Q: My order says its been shipped from the U.S. and its still not here yet? 

A:The Fulfillment email only shows where we are when we send the details of your order to our fulfillment center. You package comes from the a variety of warehouses depending on what you've ordered.

Q: Where is my order? 

A: We pay for 2-3 week shipping within the US and 2-4 week shipping internationally. Some orders take longer for unforeseen reasons so we have a 60 day policy in which we will refund you or send out a replacement after 60 days.

Q: ETA of my order? 

A: Most orders are received within 2-3 weeks. At the absolute latest 60 days.

Q: Is there a tracking number? 

A: Tracking is not included on promotional items. We have a 60 day policy in which we will refund you or send out a replacement after 60 days.

Q: Can I expedite the process ?

A: If the package is already in transit no changes can be made.

Q: Who do we ship with? 

A: If you live in the US it is shipped via USPS and FedEx depending on the product. If you live outside the US it is shipped with your local carrier.

Q: I just want a refund.

A: If you placed an order with us and we have already sent out your package we cannot process a refund until you reach our 60 day policy as your package is still in transit. 

Q: What do I do if my purchase showed up damaged and I need a replacement? 

A: We have and replacement program in place for any items that might have shown up damaged . Simply go to the following link into your address bar >>> ((leaved_returns_form.pdf)) <<< and follow the steps listed.
